Strategic support to operational management ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of flowcharts, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and internal regulatory procedures; * Chrono-analyses, process balancing, and capacity planning; * Monitoring and management of KPIs; * Staffing, equipment, and material resource planning; * Handling process non-conformities using quality tools; * Proposing and implementing service quality improvements; * Providing support to operational management with reports to assist decision-making. * Evaluation and monitoring of the use of additional resources in operations for optimization purposes; * Ensuring all procedures are performed at the highest level of quality and safety (Safety and Security), complying with company regulations and applicable authorities; * Reporting any incidents, hazardous conditions, or risks related to Safety and Security; * Making decisions impacting Safety and Security in ramp and airport operations within the scope of the role. **Information:** Work Location: GUARULHOS AIRPORT Salary: R$ 4\.990,62 Working Hours: 8 AM TO 6 PM (MON TO THU) and 8 AM TO 5 PM (FRI).
