We are seeking a committed professional with strong communication skills and keen attention to daily school routines to support the Educational Guidance team in monitoring students and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. **Responsibilities** * Support Educational Guidance in monitoring students' daily routines; * Assist in organizing student arrivals, departures, and breaks; * Accompany students as they move throughout school premises; * Support mediation of simple conflicts, always under guidance from the pedagogical team; * Record incidents and relay information to coordination/educational guidance; * Assist in communication with students and their guardians, when necessary; * Support organization of documents and records within the area; * Contribute to maintaining discipline and a healthy school environment; * Adhere to institutional policies and guidelines. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Pedagogy or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience in a school setting is an advantage; * Strong communication skills, appropriate demeanor, and emotional balance; * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Benefits** * Medical assistance (co-payment plan); * Dental assistance; * Meal allowance: R$ 205.00/month; * Transportation allowance; * Tuition scholarship for up to 2 children (available after the probationary period).
