We value **creative individuals with sparkle in their eyes**, who take **ownership of their deliverables**, contributing to a light-hearted, dynamic, and **growth-oriented environment.** We are seeking an **Intern A\&B** to support daily hotel operations, assisting with non-conformance tracking, document organization, and operational indicator updates. **Responsibilities and duties** * Enter and update technical specifications in the system, ensuring standardization and information accuracy; * Assist in Production Planning and Control (PCP), including entering production orders into the system according to a pre-established template; * Verify per capita consumption and production quantities using surplus control spreadsheets; * Update operational indicators such as surplus percentage, cost per meal, and production efficiency; * Support the team in standardizing administrative processes, ensuring greater control and traceability of departmental information. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies, minimum 5th semester (Production Engineering \- Food / Nutrition and/or related fields); * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Basic knowledge of document organization; **Additional information** * Transportation Benefit — Caju Card * Meal Benefit — Caju Card * Breakfast and/or afternoon snack Since 2014, we have pursued rapid growth and today stand as a reference in the fractional ownership market.
