**A leading clinic in Facial Harmonization is seeking a professional to work as a** **Receptionist**. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Location: Edifício Cléo Octávio \- Asa Norte, near the bus terminal, W3 Norte, and Eixinho. * Working hours: 7 AM to 7 PM \- 1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch, Monday to Friday. * Salary: R$ 1\.800,00 to R$ 2\.000,00 (depending on experience and qualifications). * Meal allowance: R$ 30.00 per day, paid in cash. * Transportation allowance paid in cash. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor post-opening operations and conduct general inspections of all areas (reception, kitchenette, treatment rooms, restrooms, and circulation areas), ensuring organization and cleanliness. * Supervise preparation of areas and support cleaning and organization as needed. * Prepare the kitchenette, verify courtesy items, and signal replenishment needs. * Organize patient files and daily appointment schedule. * Confirm appointments via WhatsApp, record confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling, keeping the schedule updated. * Continuously monitor area organization during business hours. * Greet patients courteously, offering support and courtesy items. * Deliver initial documents and direct patients according to their type of service. * Support the patient experience throughout their entire stay at the clinic. * Assist with procedures by preparing materials, products, photos, and operational support for the clinician. * Assist with simple social media content recording during patient visits. * Handle rescheduling, support payment collection, and deliver post-procedure instructions. * Verify used products and ensure post-consultation recommendations are sent to patients. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Experience in customer service, preferably in health or aesthetic clinics. * Familiarity with CRM and customer relationship tools—such as WhatsApp Business, Kommo, etc.—is considered a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Professional appearance and demeanor during working hours. * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM, with occasional Saturdays for clinic events or campaigns. **Additional information** **We seek professionals experienced in customer service, interested in learning about aesthetics and facial harmonization, and committed to professional development and growth.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **We value curious, dedicated, committed individuals who focus on delivering a welcoming and excellent experience to patients.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **The selection process will be conducted by a specialized recruitment and selection firm and will include online and in-person interview stages.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
