The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring student safety and well-being, as well as assisting in maintaining discipline and institutional organization. Responsibilities: * Monitor student behavior across various areas of the institution. * Ensure student safety during school hours. * Collaborate with the educational team to maintain a learning-conducive environment. * Report disciplinary issues to superiors. * Assist in organizing extracurricular events and activities. Requirements: * Prior experience in student supervision activities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to calmly and effectively handle conflict situations. * Basic first aid knowledge is desirable. * Availability to work flexible hours, including possible on-call shifts.
