All legal matters related to the Organization’s business activities must be submitted to the Legal Department. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As a Financial Control Manager, you will work in the Judicial Credits area, with the following main responsibilities: * Redesign end\-to\-end processes (payments, deposits, credits); * Lead automation initiatives (RPA, Power Platform); * Structure and manage outsourcing (BPO); * Define and monitor SLAs, operational KPIs, and efficiency indicators; * Act as a bridge between Legal, IT, Operations, and Suppliers / Supplier Management; * Implement a continuous improvement culture (Lean / Six Sigma); * People management. **Work Model** Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco \- SP **Profile We’re Looking For** We value professionals who deeply understand the customer, collaborate closely, and transform knowledge into impactful deliverables.
