We invest in attracting, developing, and valuing talent, fostering a diverse, inclusive, safe, and ethical environment with learning opportunities, growth paths, and experiences that accelerate careers and generate value for both individuals and the Organization. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** As a Senior HR Analyst, you will work in the Integrity and Risks area, with the following main responsibilities: * Identify, map, and monitor risks associated with People processes; * Develop, track, and update action plans arising from audits, compliance assessments, and risk findings; * Ensure analysis, tracking, improvement, and publication of internal People, Culture, and Performance policies, guaranteeing alignment with corporate and regulatory policies; * Support planning and scheduling of internal and external audits related to People processes, serving as the focal point for involved areas; * Consolidate and present managerial reports to internal departments, the Ethics Committee, and leadership, including analyses and recommendations; * Propose and implement continuous improvements to strengthen internal controls and mitigate operational and technological risks within the People area. **Work Model** Hybrid — 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco — SP **Profile We’re Looking For** We value professionals who deeply understand the customer, collaborate closely, and transform knowledge into impactful deliverables. We seek individuals with an owner’s mindset, consistent execution, and a results focus — those who continuously evolve, share learnings, and leverage technology to turn challenges into relevant business solutions. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in fields such as Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related disciplines; * Prior experience in compliance or corporate governance, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks; * Experience supporting internal and external audits; * Solid knowledge of risk mapping and internal controls; * Ability to prepare reports, executive dashboards, and managerial summaries; * Capacity to conduct investigations and manage non-conformities; * Advanced Office suite proficiency (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
