A tractor operator is a professional responsible for driving tractors and operating agricultural or industrial implements. Their duties include soil preparation, planting, spraying, harvesting, and transporting inputs, as well as performing preventive maintenance and basic mechanical adjustments on machinery, always adhering to occupational safety regulations. * **Operation of Machinery and Equipment:** Drive tractors and maneuver implements (e.g., plows, harrows, sprayers, and brush cutters) according to terrain conditions and crop requirements. * **Soil Preparation and Management:** Perform activities such as harrowing, subsoiling, fertilization, pesticide application, and harvesting. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Carry out the daily *checklist* (checking oil and coolant levels, tire inflation, and component condition), lubrication, and minor adjustments to implements. * **Safety and Environmental Protection:** Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adoption of safe practices to prevent accidents and environmental damage. * **Education:** Completion of elementary education (common requirement). * **Driver's License:** A Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) in categories C, D, or E is required due to operation on public roads with trailers. * **Technical Knowledge:** Basic understanding of mechanics, implement adjustment, and diesel engine operation. * **Behavioral Competencies:** Sustained attention, ability to work under diverse weather conditions (sun, rain, dust), and conscientious care of equipment Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
