**COME BE A COMPAGAS TEAM MEMBER!** --------------------- At Compagas, we believe that **energy is much more than fuel — it is what drives development, transforms daily life, and connects people.** Our commitment is to ensure a continuous and safe supply of natural gas, bringing comfort, efficiency, and sustainability to industries, businesses, condominiums, and developments throughout Paraná. **About the position** We are looking for a Junior Facilities Analyst, someone with an analytical, collaborative, and strategic profile, to strengthen our team and contribute to building a more sustainable energy future **Main responsibilities** * Receive, organize, and verify invoices, payment slips, and other financial documents. * Validate billing data and payment terms in compliance with contracts and assumed commitments. * Monitor billing and due dates of invoices related to Facilities responsibilities. * Perform the entry and release of due amounts in the Oracle EBS and SESUITE systems, according to internal processes. * Monitor billed/to-be-billed amounts, ensuring on-time payments and accounting entries according to internal rules. * Keep controls of these payments updated and reflecting the commitments processed in systems. * Register and maintain updated records in the travel management system. * Support travelers with clarifications related to the travel process and contact the agency when necessary. * Handle internal request calls for the supply of office items. * Support general administrative routines of the supply area. **Technical requirements** * Completed higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Previous experience in financial or administrative routines. * Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word) and financial management/ERP systems. **Why join Compagas?** Here, you will have the opportunity to **work in a sector essential for the development of Paraná**, in an environment that values **safety, innovation, learning, and collaboration.** Come be part of the future of the energy that moves the present and transforms the tomorrow! **Get to know Compagas** **Compagas – Companhia Paranaense de Gás** – is the concessionaire responsible for the distribution of piped natural gas in the state of Paraná.
