You will be part of the **Agent Builder** squad, a strategic project focused on building agents that will be integrated into various company products. The challenge involves developing an agent builder capable of interacting via natural language, templates, and workflows, requiring a person with a practical vision of architecture and the ability to translate technical complexity to different areas. **Your main deliverables:** * Develop and evolve backend applications in **Python**, with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability; * Develop integrations between products, platforms, and internal and external services; * Participate in the definition and evolution of the technical architecture of the developed solutions; * Ensure good engineering practices, including automated tests, observability, documentation, and code review; * Collaborate with developers, Product Managers, and Product Designers in building scalable solutions; * Use AI tools as development accelerators, maintaining responsibility for the quality, security, and maintenance of the code produced. **Profile we are looking for:** * Experience with backend development in **Python**; * Good understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, and event\-driven systems; * Mastery of software engineering principles, such as SOLID, Clean Code, and Design Patterns; * Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases; * Experience with automated tests, code review, and collaborative development; * Autonomy to work in environments under construction, with a high degree of experimentation and ambiguity. **Will be considered a differential:** * Experience with applied AI, especially involving LLMs, prompt engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps; * Experience with observability and monitoring (e.g., Datadog); * Knowledge in messaging and asynchronous processing (Kafka, Pub/Sub, etc.); * Being (or wanting to become) an active person in the community, who shares knowledge inside and outside the company through events, articles, mentorships, voluntary initiatives, open source projects, etc. **Stages of the selection process:** * **Application** \- Submission of the registration; * **Mindsight** – Work style test; * **Talent Acquisition** \- Competency interview with the recruitment team; * **EntreTécnico** – Technical skills assessment test; * **Final Interview** \- Final conversation with management for alignment; * **Offer** \- Final stage of the selection process, with the presentation of the job proposal. **Note:** There may be complementary stages and/or changes, according to the needs of the process.
