Description

Company Overview: If technology exists for you to improve life's journey, it does so for our team too: Your Journey, Our Path. We believe in technology that connects talented people with what they do best and embraces diversity to create and share even the paths we (still!) don’t yet know. We work to generate value—not only for our users but, above all, for the communities we serve and society as a whole—by improving people’s lives through services that simplify daily routines—whether mobility and delivery services (99) or digital payments (99Pay). To simplify the lives of millions of people every day, since 2018 we have been part of DiDi Global Inc., the world’s largest app-based transportation and technology platform. We are pioneers in developing innovative solutions born in Brazil and scaled to deliver positive impact across more than 12 countries where DiDi operates. These innovations span sustainability, safety, artificial intelligence, financial markets, and much more. Whether building projects from scratch or enhancing our existing solutions, we embrace challenges that give us butterflies in our stomach—and that’s why we operate at a fast pace, grounded in respect, collaboration, and good humor. On this journey, we also grow stronger through diverse experiences and perspectives, learning together, failing fast, learning, and adjusting our path to build solutions that deliver even better outcomes. \#LI\-Hybrid Team Overview: From day one, you’ll be part of a global, collaborative culture where your work directly influences the company’s strategy and growth. As a member of the Logistics Business Unit’s sales team, you’ll have an outstanding opportunity to design and implement initiatives across the entire Brazilian market while continuously enhancing customer experience—both online and offline—through our products and operations. Role Responsibilities: As a **Logistics Partnership Representative**, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and performance of Logistics Operators (LOs), directly contributing to the commercial results of the area. We seek a builder-minded individual capable of operating from area structuring through partner network expansion and management—tracking business evolution and ensuring strategy and execution advance in lockstep. Throughout your journey, your responsibilities will fall into three main areas: **Area Structuring:** Help build and evolve the Logistics Partnerships area by supporting definition of processes, routines, playbooks, and engagement models with LOs. Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring visibility and direction for decision-making. Identify improvement opportunities and propose structural adjustments to increase efficiency and scalability. Support creation of area materials and governance—including rituals, monitoring cadence, and reporting. **Network Prospecting and Expansion:** Map and prioritize opportunities for expanding the Logistics Operator network nationwide. Lead prospecting, negotiation, and onboarding of new partners, ensuring alignment with operational standards. Support commercial rituals and presentations by structuring analyses and data foundations for decision-making. Build relationships with new partners, ensuring structured and sustainable entry. **LO Management and Performance:** Act as a consultative account manager alongside LO owners and directors, influencing decisions based on efficiency and profitability. Monitor key operational KPIs daily (service level, returns, productivity), proactively identifying deviations. Ensure adherence to operational scale and capacity planning for the portfolio. Support partners in executing action plans and operational improvements. Conduct site visits to operations, auditing processes and ensuring compliance with company standards. Resolve critical day-to-day issues and identify recurring failure patterns, proposing rapid corrective actions. Maintain dashboards and use analytics—including basic SQL—to generate insights and track performance. Throughout your journey, you will serve as the primary point of contact for LOs—ensuring smooth operations, removing friction, and guaranteeing strategies translate into concrete frontline results. We expect a candidate with strong ownership mindset, analytical and relational skills, who navigates seamlessly between strategy and execution—and is ready to roll up their sleeves in a dynamic, evolving environment. Role Qualifications: * Experience in logistics operations (Last Mile, Transportation, or Distribution) or managing partner/franchise/freight networks—with hands-on frontline involvement * Experience in early-stage or rapidly scaling environments—including participation in defining processes and routines * Experience in prospecting, onboarding, and managing partners—with performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives * Analytical mindset, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and KPI monitoring (SQL is a plus) * Assertive communication skills—with ability to act as a consultative manager and influence stakeholders * Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management * Hands-on, organized profile with ability to execute and prioritize in a dynamic environment * Organizational discipline to manage multiple partners and simultaneous demands EEO Statement: * We Generate Value for Users \- We exist to do our best for our users and innovate to stay ahead. We seek balance among experience, efficiency, and growth—with safety always our top priority. * We Are Data-Driven \- We believe in data-informed decision-making. Through numbers, we navigate our business strategically. * We Are Owners and Results-Focused \- We go beyond personal interests to focus on what’s best for DiDi. We always deliver on our promises and pursue excellence in execution—setting high standards and giving our utmost in everything we do. * We Always Build Together \- Together, we are stronger. We keep open minds and row with respect, empathy, and trust in each other. We listen to everyone before making decisions—and once decided, we fulfill commitments collectively—even if we disagree. * We Are Integrous \- Integrity is our foundation—the line we never cross. We communicate honestly and transparently, listening to all voices to always do what’s right. * We Develop Each Other \- Our growth stems from constantly stepping outside our comfort zones. We accept challenges, surpass ourselves, and strive for excellence in everything we do. From day one, we develop ourselves and help those around us grow too—raising our collective bar. * We Work with Passion \& Fun \- We are deeply passionate about what we do. We maintain a light, optimistic spirit—energizing our environment with positivity. We’re resilient, unafraid to face challenges, and always celebrate our successes. * We Live Diversity \- For us, the heart of diversity lies in inclusion, equality, and respect. We believe diversity fosters a more creative, energetic environment—so we celebrate differences and ensure everyone can truly be themselves. **Diversity and Inclusion** Diversity is not a future vision or a distant aspiration—it is a non-negotiable value of who we are today. We live inclusion, plurality, and respect—and to achieve this, we rely on governance from the Diversity Committee, working alongside HR, leadership, and identity groups—99Adapta, 99Afro, 99Cores, 99Mulheres, and 99Famílias. This is our written journey—one still with much ground left to cover.
