Main Responsibilities * Control of corporate and employee documentation; * Issuance and control of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Attendance record closing; * Service order (OS) closing and billing support; * Support to the finance department; * Support to the warehouse and procurement; * Scheduling of service orders; * Registration with companies and systems; * Hotel booking and travel logistics; * Travel report closing; * Employee bonus closing. * Requirements * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Organization and responsibility; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH), categories AB; * Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus.
