**JOB OPENING: 12X36 SHIFT \- 10:00 TO 22:00** A company with 50 years of experience in mental health, recognized as a reference in Curitiba/PR. Our team is predominantly female, and we are located in the Mercês neighborhood. **About the position** We are seeking a dynamic and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to join our team in the Bigorrilho area. The professional will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations, contributing to operational efficiency and the quality of internal and external service. **Responsibilities** * Organization and control of physical and digital documents * Telephone and in-person customer, supplier, and staff support * Assistance in preparing monthly reports and performance indicators * Calendar management and meeting coordination * Support in managing office supplies and inventory **Requirements and qualifications** * Minimum **1 year of experience** in administrative or support roles * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Strong verbal and written communication skills in **Portuguese** * Ability to work in an **organized and proactive** manner * Availability to work standard business hours **Desirable** * Experience with **CRM** or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems * Knowledge of **Excel VBA** or spreadsheet automation * Skills in **customer service** and conflict resolution * Intermediate **English fluency** for reading technical documents **Benefits** * Salary: R$2\.125,48 * Schedule: 12X36 shift \- 10:00 to 22:00 * Meal Allowance: R$ 738.00 * Food Voucher: R$ 3.15 daily deduction * Wellhub * Dental plan Payment: R$2\.125,48 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * Are you available and interested in working the 12X36 shift? * Which neighborhood do you live in?
