Amid our current phase of expansion and organizational strengthening, we are growing our team for the position of **Junior Commercial Analyst**. **MISSION:** The mission of the Junior Commercial Analyst at SYN is to support the commercial team in prospecting, organizing, and tracking business opportunities—ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality customer relationships, and support for the company’s expansion strategies. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the commercial team in prospecting new hospitals, partners, and business opportunities; * Conduct initial outreach to leads and assist in scheduling commercial meetings; * Maintain and regularly update the CRM and other information management platforms; * Assist in drafting and sending commercial proposals and institutional presentations; * Perform follow-up with customers and partners under negotiation; * Support monitoring of the commercial pipeline and updating departmental KPIs; * Participate in internal and external commercial meetings as needed; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Business Processes, or related fields; * Prior experience in commercial roles, customer service, or client relationship management is considered a plus; * Experience with administrative/commercial routines is a plus; * Basic knowledge of CRM systems and commercial tools; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; **What We Value (Soft Skills):** * Attention to Detail * Analytical Ability * Organization and Planning * Communication * Teamwork * Proactivity * Resilience * Ethics and Integrity * Results Orientation **Why Join Us:** At **SYN SAÚDE**, you’ll be part of a dynamic and innovative environment offering professional growth opportunities and involvement in revolutionary healthcare projects.
