The pharmacy assistant is responsible for carrying out operational activities in the unit's pharmacy, including receiving, storing, managing inventory, and dispensing medications and medical-hospital supplies. * Receive, inspect, and store medications and medical-hospital supplies in accordance with current regulations; * Participate in inventories; * Conduct cyclic counts of items in stock; * Sort and dispense medications according to medical prescriptions; * Dispense medications and medical-hospital supplies to patients based on requests entered into the system; * Provide support to the multidisciplinary team; * Record the fulfillment of medication and medical-hospital supply orders in the MV system; * Ensure pharmacy cleanliness and organization; * Perform product unitization when necessary, recording it in a dedicated logbook; * Comply with safety, occupational hygiene, and Good Storage Practices standards.
