Job Summary: The Toolmaker will be responsible for performing adjustments, assembly, repairs, and maintenance on molds and tooling fixtures, ensuring precision and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for adjustments, assembly, and repairs of molds and fixtures. 2. Ensures the perfect operation and precision of tools. 3. Performs polishing and finishing to ensure final quality. **Education:** Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or related fields. **Courses, Specializations, and/or Required Knowledge:** Technical course in precision mechanics, toolmaking, and machining. **Required Experience:** Minimum 4 years of experience as a Toolmaker Adjuster or in similar roles. Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. Experience operating machine tools (lathe, milling machine, grinder). Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of tool adjustment, assembly, and maintenance techniques. **Job Description:** The Toolmaker will be responsible for performing adjustments, assembly, repairs, and maintenance on molds and tooling fixtures. This professional must ensure adjustment accuracy and mold quality, guaranteeing proper functionality during the production process. Additionally, they will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings and using measuring instruments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform mold and fixture adjustments and maintenance to ensure perfect tool operation and precision. * Carry out assembly and disassembly of tool components, analyzing and correcting potential failures. * Perform polishing and finishing of tool surfaces to ensure final quality. * Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and others for part fabrication and adjustment. * Read and interpret technical drawings to execute tasks accurately. * Operate and calibrate precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and comparators to ensure process accuracy. * Collaborate in project and drawing analysis, suggesting improvements when necessary.
