We are expanding and seeking a Senior Engineering Analyst to perform activities related to monitoring the implementation of renewable energy, solar, and BESS projects; evaluating and approving executive projects; developing basic projects; participating in the conceptualization of new projects; conducting technical follow-up and validation of material and equipment procurement; supporting schedule and budget monitoring of projects together with suppliers; providing technical support to the O\&M team with technical solutions and performance indicators for existing plants. \#LI\-Onsite **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform technical approvals of third-party-developed executive projects prior to execution release; * Develop basic and conceptual projects for new projects and opportunities; * Prepare descriptive memoranda enabling the Procurement team to contract services, products, and equipment for projects; * Monitor contracting and procurement progress together with the Procurement team; * Register products and equipment in the ERP system to issue Purchase Requests; * Assist in monitoring project schedules and budgets for ongoing projects; * Support the O\&M team in implementing performance indicators and performance improvements for operational assets; * Provide technical assistance in structuring new projects and investment opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; * Experience required in medium-voltage electrical and solar energy projects; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * MS Project, AutoCAD, and PVSyst knowledge desirable; * Knowledge of BESS technologies and projects desirable; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Project management knowledge and certifications will be considered a differentiator. **Additional Information** * Working hours: 08:00–18:00, with a 01:12 lunch break (on-site cafeteria); * Free on-site parking; * Commuter shuttle service: Domingos de Morais Station ↔ JBS / JBS ↔ Domingos de Morais Station; * Transportation and meal allowances; * Medical/dental assistance and life insurance via partnership programs; * Gympass; * Profit-sharing program (PLR).
