We are seeking a **Senior Talent Acquisition and Selection Analyst** to join our **People team** in **Piracicaba**. **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes across various departments and seniority levels; * Adopt a consultative approach with leaders to support hiring decisions and ensure hiring accuracy; * Develop talent attraction strategies and headhunting initiatives; * Conduct competency-based interviews; * Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and departmental results, leveraging data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement; * Contribute to the evolution of Talent Acquisition processes, reinforcing culture and excellence in the candidate experience. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Prior experience in high-volume recruitment and selection; * Availability to work onsite in Piracicaba (SP). **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical discussion to further detail day\-to\-day responsibilities and challenges.
