Job Description
❇️ Support programming and control of maintenance activities, contributing to operational organization, service quality, and compliance with preventive plans, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and resource optimization. The role's challenge is to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication, accurate demand scheduling, and reliability of information recorded in the system.
* ️ **Working Hours: Monday to Thursday**, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with 1-hour lunch break / Friday: Departure at 4:30 PM; Saturday compensated.

Responsibilities and Duties
* Open, monitor, and provide support for chargeable Service Orders, performing closures where applicable
* Support updating and submitting maintenance mapping information
* Assist in organizing technical, administrative, and fiscal documents for the department
* Support drafting and updating work instructions and operational records
* Perform registration and updates of technical databases and reports in the system
* Support controlling and processing operational information to assist management
* Contribute to improving field service quality through factual and action-based reporting
* Support material registration and movement activities, including reservation and reorder points
* Assist in scheduling preventive services and monitoring execution
* Monitor maintenance activities to ensure adherence to internal standards
* Assist in guiding teams on compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
* Facilitate communication between maintenance and operations teams
* Support consolidating and disseminating information on completed and pending services
* Assist in managing operational demands, supporting prioritization of requests
* Support defining available resources and teams for activity execution
* Perform scheduling entries and updates in the management system
* Support releasing materials, equipment, and tools for service execution
* Assist in monitoring activity execution against established plans
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: **Completed Technical School Diploma**
Fields: Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
* ️⃣ Basic knowledge of administrative and operational maintenance routines
* ️⃣ Familiarity with service order control and activity scheduling
* ️⃣ Knowledge of technical document registration and organization
* ️⃣ Understanding of material control and operational logistics support
* ️⃣ Basic ability to read and interpret operational data
* ️⃣ Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word)
* ️⃣ Familiarity with management systems (ERP or maintenance systems – advantageous if previously used TOTVS or similar)
Desired Qualifications
Education: **Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields;**
