Then apply to our selection process! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality System by implementing actions that support maintaining the Quality Assurance Management Systems (ISO 17025 and GLP) and progressively reducing nonconformities; * Conduct inspections under the guidance of Quality Assurance supervision, coordination, or management to ensure Test Facility compliance with Good Laboratory Practice Principles (NIT-DICLA-035) and ISO 17025; * Support internal and external audit programs, contributing to their effective execution and resolution of any nonconformities; * Apply an analytical and critical perspective when reviewing and verifying documents and record controls in accordance with internal SOPs, NRs, and applicable legislation; * Propose corrective actions for nonconformities or process optimization improvements; * Be dynamic, ethical, responsible, and skilled in interpersonal interactions; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Quality, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of Quality Assurance compliant with ISO 17025:2017 and GLP; experience in quality assurance within chemical or microbiological laboratories; * Experience with quality management tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and audits; prior experience with the 8Quali system is a plus; * Relevant work experience in the role; * Availability to work in Campinas - SP, Monday through Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30, with lunch break from 11:30 to 12:42; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Flexible meal/food allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Gympass; * Co-payment medical and dental plans after probation period; * Pharmacy discount; * Life insurance at no cost to the employee; * Vaccination program; * Partnerships with SESC and SENAC; * Food safety and nutrition program; * Market-competitive remuneration; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; Opportunity to work for a solid company offering learning opportunities, career development, and professional growth. * We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and advance professionally.
