Job Title: Operational Supervisor Main Responsibilities: \- Supervise and coordinate operational team activities, ensuring achievement of established goals and objectives. \- Plan, organize, and control daily task execution, ensuring service efficiency and quality. \- Manage personnel, including work scheduling, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution. \- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance team productivity and effectiveness. \- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and environmental standards for operations. \- Interface with support departments such as Human Resources, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure smooth activity execution. Required Qualifications: \- Completed high school education, with technical training in the relevant field (preferred). \- Proven experience leading operational teams. \- Knowledge of process management and performance indicators. \- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. \- Ability to work collaboratively with a results-oriented mindset. \- Proficiency in computerized systems, such as electronic spreadsheets. Preferred Qualifications: \- Experience in companies within the \[INSERT COMPANY'S INDUSTRY SECTOR] sector. \- Technical or higher education degree in Logistics, Production, or Operations Management. \- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards. \- Certifications in people management, such as leadership and team development. Additional Information: Shifts: 14:08 \- 18:30 and 19:40 \- 23:00, under a 2\-S work schedule (two weeks on duty followed by one week off).
