Our environment values innovation, creativity, adoption of industry best practices and modern technologies, with an emphasis on user experience and business outcomes. **Responsibilities** * Develop software for user stories, incidents, bugs, and system issues. * Apply industry-standard software development best practices. * Lead internal validation (homologation) of new technologies to prevent system obsolescence. * Support quarterly planning for enablers and technical debt resolution. * Work within Scrum teams as a Squad member. * Contribute to technological evolution initiatives and maintenance of existing team solutions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Backend development experience with Python. * Frontend development experience with Angular. * Experience integrating systems via REST APIs. * Proficiency in Git and Git-Flow. * Knowledge of databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL). **Preferred Qualifications** * Docker and container orchestration. * Scrum framework and Kanban practices. * AWS certifications. * DevOps experience. **Why Join Trillia?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support well-being, professional development, work-life balance, and financial security.
