Innovation and diversity are essential to strengthening our organization and our employees, resulting in better, sustained outcomes for our clients. **If you are a challenge-driven person determined to make a difference, join our team!** **Key Responsibilities/Activities** * Plan, monitor, and control the project schedule * Lead status meetings, steering committees, and agile ceremonies with GT and client teams * Manage risks, scope changes, and interdependencies across phases and integrations * Ensure that deliverables for each phase (Design, Configuration, Testing, Go Live, and Assisted Operations) * occur within agreed timelines and quality standards * Manage communication among internal and external stakeholders, including Internal Executive Management and Client Executive Management * Control document and decision approvals within defined SLAs (3–5 business days) * Support preparation of progress reports and change management materials **Required Knowledge** * Experience managing system implementation projects (ERP, e-procurement, or SaaS platforms) * Proficiency in PMBOK and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Experience with MS Project or similar tools (Jira, Monday, etc.) * Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills * Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-person + remote) * Microsoft Office suite * Intermediate English **Desirable Experience** * PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification * Experience in digital transformation projects * Functional knowledge of procurement platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, or similar) **Academic Qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fields **Desirable Skills and Attitudes** * Analytical / critical thinking * Organization * Strong interpersonal relationships * Commitment Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
