Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects. **Senior Operating System Analyst (Linux/Unix)** ------------------------------------------------------- ### **Responsibilities** * Administer, maintain, and manage Linux/Unix operating system environments; * Manage critical production environments, ensuring availability, performance, and stability; * Plan, coordinate, and execute complex and/or critical changes in production environments; * Perform troubleshooting and high-complexity incident analysis; * Collaborate with Service Executives to analyze problems and define solutions; * Ensure compliance with departmental operational metrics and SLAs agreed upon with clients; * Develop and maintain automation and shell scripts; * Provide technical support to internal teams and serve as the technical reference for the area; * Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and environment standardization projects. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience administering Linux/Unix environments; * Advanced knowledge of: * Linux Red Hat * SUSE * CentOS * Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) * Basic knowledge of: * Unix HP\-UX * IBM Power * LPAR * VIO * Experience with shell scripting and automation tools; * Experience managing changes in critical environments; * Experience supporting and maintaining production environments; * Technical English for reading and analyzing documentation. ### **Desirable Qualifications** * Linux/Unix certification; * Knowledge of infrastructure automation; * Experience in large-scale corporate environments. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong communication skills; * Critical and analytical thinking; * Organization and proactivity; * Ability to work under pressure; * Good interpersonal skills; * Collaborative mindset and technical leadership.
