Through our dedication to excellence in software development, we steer Minerva Foods toward a technologically advanced and operationally efficient future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Active participation in all stages of software development projects: opportunity identification, solution ideation, scope definition; * Monitoring and reporting on project progress, validating proposed solutions, training users, and providing support for questions regarding the developed product; * Maintaining constant contact with client areas to deeply understand involved methods and processes, thereby identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities related to IT products, aiming for their continuous enhancement; * Ability to question and constructively argue in a coherent manner with client teams (Analysts, Coordinators, and Managers) to contribute to project scope definition, critically evaluating received requirements to ensure sustainability of previously implemented processes; * Translating business needs into technological solutions for system development; * Comprehensive knowledge of developed systems and solutions to respond to technical and usage-related inquiries, ensuring all solutions are properly documented and necessary training is delivered for correct usage by involved teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Ability to prepare executive presentations with clear and precise storytelling, contributing to project progress and outcome reporting in multidisciplinary forums; * Strong communication and argumentation skills; * Critical and systemic process vision; * Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); * Preferred: Programming languages — basic knowledge of data structures / SQL; * Preferred: English — Native/Fluent level; * Preferred: Spanish — Advanced level.
