In 2025, we received the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for the fifth consecutive year. **Responsibilities and duties** Throughout your journey at i4pro, you’ll have numerous opportunities to develop, evolve, and transform—all within a collaborative and healthy work environment that values recognition, appreciation, and everyone’s well-being. **Thus, we count on you to:** * Design, per guidance from your immediate supervisor, and execute tests for new/modified systems according to specifications—manually and/or using automation tools. * Analyze test results generated by automation to validate the quality of developed features and report findings to your immediate supervisor. * Develop manuals and user assistance documentation—both internal and external—covering system functionalities. * Deliver client-facing materials—including projects, maintenance updates, manuals, test scripts, and other deliverables—using i4pro’s internal tool. **Requirements and qualifications** **You must also have:** **** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related fields. * Basic knowledge of SQL (desirable). * Solid understanding of testing methodologies—White Box and Black Box. * Proficiency with automation tools such as Playwright, Postman, and K6. * Microsoft Office suite. **Bonus points if you have:** * Experience with Agile methodology. * English language skills. **Additional information** **Our work model:** We prioritize our employees’ well-being, offering fully remote, on-site, or hybrid positions—determined based on role requirements and job responsibilities.
