**Our way of working in the team** ------------------------------- The Restaurant Experience area plays a strategic role at iFood, serving as the "voice" of restaurants on the platform. Through analysis and collaboration with various teams, your goal is to create innovative solutions that elevate partner experiences to a new level and contribute to the sustainable growth of the iFood ecosystem. We are an ambidextrous business team, requiring a balance between analytical and interpersonal skills. We do not operate as a Business Intelligence (BI) team. **Your Daily Menu** ----------------------- * Monitoring metrics (KPIs) and results, as well as understanding area initiatives, with a focus on continuously improving restaurant experience; * Decision-making to ensure progress on key fronts and resolution of issues; * Interaction with diverse teams to build new solutions and resolve day-to-day restaurant challenges; * In-depth analysis using SQL and Excel, with the ability to transform raw data into valuable insights; * Managing multiple topics and projects simultaneously; * Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that drive action. **Ingredients we seek** ----------------------------- * Strong communication and public speaking skills, with experience in storytelling for presentations; * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, fostering an inclusive and productive work environment; * Critical thinking—capable of analyzing scenarios and proactively proposing solutions and asking questions; * Autonomy and agility in business decision-making; * Problem-solving skills; * Prioritization ability; * Passion for innovation and a continuous desire to learn and grow within a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment; * SQL knowledge; * Use of AI (Claude, ChatGPT…). **About us** ------------- At iFood, we believe in the power of diversity to drive \#Innovation and achieve \#OutstandingResults.
