FCamara is seeking a Mid-Level Quality Analyst \- Automation Engineer to work in partnership with the largest investment bank in Latin America, specializing in venture capital, private equity, and global asset and wealth management. **Responsibilities and duties** * Test planning and execution: Create detailed test plans, including strategies, test cases, and scripts, to ensure adequate coverage of requirements. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing both manually and via automated tests. * Automated testing: Develop and execute automated tests using tools and frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure comprehensive automated test coverage and continuous integration into the development lifecycle. * Unit testing: Collaborate on unit test development to ensure code quality. Identify and report bugs and performance issues, working jointly to resolve them efficiently. * Requirements analysis: Actively participate in early development lifecycle phases by reviewing requirements and technical specifications. Identify potential issues or inconsistencies and provide recommendations for improvements. * Data analysis: Apply SQL skills to perform queries and data analysis on relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Validate data accuracy and ensure information consistency across systems. * Team collaboration: Work closely with development team members and other stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and support teams. Participate in meetings, provide status updates, and contribute ideas to improve testing and quality processes. **Requirements and qualifications** **Required:** * Prior experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, with focus on software testing. * Advanced knowledge of automated testing using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. * At least 1 year of cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.). * Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data in relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). * Experience with version control using GIT. * Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of the Financial Market * Experience with code analysis tools (e.g., Sonar) * Knowledge of CI/CD * Understanding of Design Patterns * Knowledge of messaging frameworks such as Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, etc. **Soft Skills** * Clear and objective communication * Team spirit and conflict resolution ability * Ability to work in agile and multidisciplinary teams * Creativity and proactivity to envision diverse application usage scenarios. **Additional information** **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, standing side-by-side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
