If you aspire to drive transformation and believe you can add value to challenges involving social and environmental responsibility, Engemon is the ideal place for you! **Work Environment:** You will work within our Operation Services business unit. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Managing all stages of the end\-to\-end recruitment and selection process, including partnerships, candidate outreach, conducting selection processes, scheduling interviews with managers, and tracking documentation through to hiring. * Participating in high-volume hiring operations for clients across various locations, identifying local talent sources and applying targeted outreach strategies. * Implementing recruitment and selection strategies—from candidate sourcing and mapping to conducting selection processes and providing feedback to clients. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Pandapé experience is a plus. * Experience managing high-volume projects. * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. **What We Expect From You:** * Ability to manage a high volume of job openings; * Effective communication skills to build strong client relationships; * Team-oriented mindset to foster a friendly work environment; * Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks; * Dynamism to handle diverse activities and challenges.
