Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Civil Engineering Analyst to plan, monitor, and control construction projects, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to deadlines. Provide technical support to engineering teams We are looking for a **Civil Engineering Analyst** to join our team and directly contribute to the planning, monitoring, and control of construction projects. We seek an analytical, organized, and proactive professional capable of transforming data into decisions that ensure higher productivity, quality, cost control, and timely delivery. Main Responsibilities: * Plan and monitor physical\-financial schedules of construction projects; * Develop, analyze, and monitor construction budgets; * Conduct quantity takeoffs; * Consult and utilize the **SINAPI** and **SEINFRA** databases for budget preparation, cost composition, and input analysis; * Analyze forecasted versus actual costs, identify variances, and propose corrective actions; * Prepare technical and management reports; * Monitor service measurements and contracts; * Control technical documentation and project files; * Monitor execution of works in accordance with project drawings, technical specifications, and schedules; * Identify opportunities for improvement in engineering processes; * Provide technical support to engineers, supervisors, and field teams; * Participate in construction progress meetings; * Support project coordination and resolution of interferences; * Utilize management systems, spreadsheets, and control tools for construction monitoring; * Develop and monitor performance indicators, productivity metrics, and cost tracking. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Prior experience as a Civil Engineering Analyst or in related roles within the construction industry; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Experience in quantity takeoffs; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Familiarity with using the **SINAPI** and **SEINFRA** databases for budgeting, input consultation, cost composition, and construction quantity takeoffs; * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of MS Project; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Knowledge of BIM/Revit; * Experience in construction planning and control; * Experience in measurement and physical\-financial monitoring; * Experience with ERP systems tailored for the construction industry (e.g., Sienge, UAU, Mega, or similar).
