We would love to learn more about you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage apprenticeship and internship contracts. * Manage payroll-deducted loans. * Perform payroll calculation activities—including advances, pro-labore, and commissions—by registering, importing, and updating values and entries; verifying calculations; and preparing reports and digital files to fulfill employee payment routines. * Handle employment contract terminations by registering, calculating, and verifying amounts; issuing legal documents to formalize termination; and disbursing payments in compliance with labor legislation. * Manage payroll-related statutory contributions by verifying amounts, generating payment slips, and forwarding them for payment to meet labor obligations. * Communicate with government agencies (e.g., Social Connectivity, e-Social, etc.) by generating and verifying digital file data and submitting information via specific systems to fulfill labor obligations. * Manage union dues by analyzing collective bargaining agreements, performing calculations, applying payroll deductions, and preparing payment slips to comply with collective agreements. * Provide employee support on HR-related matters—delivering information, clarifying doubts, and guiding employees to properly follow people management procedures. * Administer employee benefits—including registration and updating of employee data in the system, verification, arranging monthly purchases, and processing payments—to ensure timely benefit delivery to employees. * Conduct attendance control verification and closing—reviewing justifications for absences, tardiness, and overtime; generating reports; and requesting managerial corrections when needed—to ensure accurate payroll entries. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Knowledge of payroll processes, benefits administration, and statutory contributions. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. **Additional Information** **Learn more about the benefits we offer:** * Transportation Voucher or Parking; * Meal Voucher; * On-site Meals; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Growth Opportunities; * Professional Development; * Discounts at Higher Education Institutions; * Discounts at PJNeblina’s physical store; * Partnerships with SENAC, SESI, and SESC; * Workplace Gymnastics; * Corporate University — Mater Group; * Work schedule from Monday to Friday during business hours.
