### **Join Logithink!** We are seeking a Protheus Backoffice Analyst with expertise in Backoffice modules to provide direct customer support and maintain business processes within the TOTVS Protheus system. Do you have this experience and seek professional growth within an innovative company? **This is your chance!** **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **What You Will Do:** * **Consultative Support**: Understanding business-area pain points and translating them into ERP solutions. * **Ensure** the proper functioning of **Backoffice** modules (Purchasing, Billing, Inventory, Finance, and Accounting). * **Perform analysis and diagnosis** of errors by reviewing ADVPL/TLPP source code. * **Implement corrections, customizations, and enhancements** to the system (including entry points). * **Provide technical-functional support**, identifying root causes of issues and proposing solutions. * Prioritize requests and organize support activities based on criticality and business impact. * **Maintain clear communication with the client**, reporting status and aligning expectations. * **Collaborate on improvements**, and proactively alert stakeholders about critical risks and impacts. ### **What We Expect From You:** * **Hands-on experience** with key **Protheus BKO** modules; * Proficiency in **SQL** (queries, joins, data analysis); * **Solid knowledge of Backoffice modules** (Purchasing, Billing, Inventory, Finance, and Accounting). * Experience analyzing **ADVPL/TLPP code** in Protheus. * Experience handling support requests via **ticketing systems** (Service Desk or consulting). * Experience with **configuration and business rules in Protheus**. * Experience providing **technical-functional support** for Protheus. * **Strong communication skills**, essential for direct interaction with clients and end users. **Requirements and Qualifications**### **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):** * **TOTVS Certification** in ADVPL or TLPP; * Experience with integrations (**REST/SOAP**). * Knowledge of **SQL** for data analysis and diagnostics. * **Experience in implementation or revitalization projects for modules**. * Familiarity with other Protheus modules. * Experience in **performance analysis and tuning** in Protheus. * Experience with advanced troubleshooting (logs, errors, performance). **Additional Information** ### **Why You’ll Love Working With Us** Here, we value **autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning**.
