A **Protheus Analyst** who masters administrative and back-office routines within the ERP. If you easily navigate between finance, tax, and accounting areas, and deeply understand the system’s rules, this is your place! **Come accelerate your growth with us!** **Responsibilities and duties** **What you will do:** ------------------------- * Ensure proper information flow and integrations among Protheus **administrative, financial, tax, and accounting modules**. * Actively participate in the monthly closing of modules, ensuring balance reconciliation and data integrity. * Support internal users in resolving operational issues and propose process improvements within the system. * Create and monitor managerial reports and administrative KPIs through the ERP. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** ---------------------------- * Asset management, depreciation calculation, amortization, asset write-offs, and fixed asset inventory within the system. * Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation, and financial applications. * Knowledge of invoice recording (input/output), tax calculation (withholdings, ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS), and generation of ancillary obligations via Protheus. * Deep understanding of accounting linkage (LP \- Standard Journal Entries), account reconciliation, trial balance generation, and support for accounting closing. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** ----------------------------------- * Prior experience in **administrative support** * **Experience or familiarity** with **artificial intelligence tools**. * Prior experience in file and spreadsheet management. **Additional information** ### **Why you’ll love working with us** Here, we value **autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning**.
