Apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a **Process Analyst II**, temporary for 1 month (with possibility of extension by mutual agreement), to work on projects involving process mapping, analysis, improvement, and documentation—contributing to the organization, standardization, and optimization of operational and business workflows. The professional will interact with user departments, gather information, identify improvement opportunities, document processes, and support initiatives related to transformation, automation, and operational governance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct process discovery, mapping, and documentation for business processes. * Lead interviews, workshops, and meetings with user departments and stakeholders. * Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks, risks, rework, and improvement opportunities. * Develop flowcharts, procedures, manuals, work instructions, and process documentation. * Support the definition of future-state processes, considering operational efficiency, control, and alignment with business needs. * Monitor action plans related to process improvement and implementation. * Support initiatives related to standardization, governance, digital transformation, and process automation. * Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and project management teams. * Participate in remote meetings and, when required, in-person meetings in Salvador/BA. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, Continuous Improvement Analyst, or similar roles. * Knowledge of process mapping and modeling. * Experience developing flowcharts, functional documentation, and operational procedures. * Ability to lead requirement-gathering and validation meetings with business units. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical, organized profile with a continuous improvement mindset. * Availability for remote work and participation in in-person meetings in Salvador/BA, as needed. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Familiarity with BPM, BPMN, or process-based management methodologies. * Experience with process modeling tools such as Bizagi, Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar. * Knowledge of agile methodologies. * Experience in digital transformation, automation, or system implementation projects. * Understanding of process metrics, controls, compliance, and governance. * Experience in corporate environments involving multiple departments. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** * Organized with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams. * Critical thinking to identify improvements. * Proactive approach to task execution. * Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting. * Ease of interaction with stakeholders. * Professional, consultative attitude. **Differentiators:** * Experience in projects integrating business and technology areas. * Exposure to improving administrative, operational, financial, customer service, back-office, or IT processes. * Knowledge of process automation, RPA, or low-code/no-code tools. * Experience documenting processes for regulated environments or those requiring strong governance. **Additional Information** **Work Modality:** Remote (possibility of in-person meetings in Salvador/BA, subject to client schedule and needs). **Contract Type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur); **Team Working Hours:** Business hours. **Important:** We value diversity and inclusion—we consider all candidates for our positions regardless of color, race, religion, gender or gender identity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, ancestry, age, etc. #### **We go beyond technology.
