With an experienced team, it aims to help companies optimize processes and achieve significant results. **Responsibilities:** Conduct process assessment and mapping (AS IS) with partner companies, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities. Design workflows, procedures, and standardizations, structuring more efficient and organized processes (TO BE). Propose improvements focused on productivity, cost reduction, and time optimization. Conduct diagnostic meetings and executive presentations with clients, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery quality. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and results orientation within client organizations. Manage project timelines, schedules, and scope with a focus on excellence. Previous experience as a Process Improvement Specialist, Process Consultant, Process Coordinator, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
