The company operates nationwide through over 150 franchise units managed by experienced and engaged professionals. **Responsibilities:** Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes, from job posting to new employee onboarding. Support HR routines with emphasis on organizational climate, culture, and employee experience. Develop and implement internal marketing and internal engagement initiatives. Organize and manage departmental administrative documents and processes. Support leadership teams in people management-related requests. Contribute to organizational development projects and strengthening of company culture. Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes. Previous experience as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist, Training Coordinator, HR Consultant, or Organizational Development Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
