**Quality Analyst** We are seeking a Quality Analyst for our plant in Jundiaí/SP. The purpose of this role is to support the Quality Management System, as described below. **We offer** * + Market-competitive salary + Meal voucher + Food allowance + Health insurance plan + Profit and Results Sharing Program (PRP), subject to goal achievement + Wellhub (Gympass) + Group life insurance + Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:45 a.m. to 5:33 p.m. + Learning and continuous development environment through ongoing training and capacity-building programs. **Your Responsibilities** Perform the following tasks: * + Monitor operational processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with established standards and guidelines. + Conduct or support product failure analyses, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions. + Update and control documentation of the Quality Management System (QMS). + Plan, monitor, and conduct internal and external quality audits. + Ensure timely updating and review of quality records. + Lead and support continuous improvement projects, including implementation and performance tracking. + Manage calibration/verification deadlines for instruments with certified bodies. + Monitor and maintain active quality certifications. + Support managers and coordinators in QMS activities, including customer complaint management and performance indicator tracking, ensuring adherence to deadlines and standards. + Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments (internal teams and technical assistance) to resolve issues, implement requirements, and ensure effective communication for project success. **Your Profile** * + Technical qualification in Quality or Bachelor’s degree in Quality or Engineering + Intermediate English — email, communication, presentations, and reporting + SAP knowledge — Quality and Production modules + Knowledge of Core Tools, MASP, Technical Drawings, Power BI, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 Are you curious?
