Description
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Map and analyze internal processes across different company departments;
* Identify improvement opportunities, operational bottlenecks, rework, and flaws in workflows;
* Collaborate with leaders and teams to review and enhance processes;
* Lead continuous improvement projects and optimize operational and administrative routines;
* Support the definition of responsibilities, steps, and cross-departmental alignment;
* Develop procedures, operational workflows, standards, and supporting materials;
* Monitor the implementation of improvements and support departments in adapting to changes;
* Track action plans, deadlines, and progress of initiatives;
* Promote interdepartmental integration to ensure greater process efficiency and alignment;
* Act as a facilitator for improvement projects, bringing organization and strategic vision;
* Develop automation and process optimization initiatives;
* Be responsible for supporting and monitoring technology implementations aimed at service improvement.
* Ensure excellence and quality in task execution;
* Maintain organization and agility in administrative processes;
* Develop strategies to optimize workflows and work routines;
* Update systems and keep management informed about demand progress;
* Promote efficient integration and alignment among company departments.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or related fields;
* Minimum 2 years of experience.
