As an organization, we are united by trust—as an inclusive and diverse team—and passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What your day will look like** *Be responsible for analyzing, developing, and executing New and Renew projects (with focus on large accounts), covering health, dental, group life, and personal accident benefits, including responding to RFPs/BIDs.* *Analyze received information for market research, evaluating and aligning data to design the placement strategy, seeking continuous process improvement prior to submitting requests to providers (insurers/health plans).* *Ensure quotations are submitted to the market within established deadlines, guaranteeing data quality and alignment with the defined strategy for each project.* *Prepare and conduct market comparative studies (comparative tables, scenario analyses, technical and financial reports) to support decision-making for internal and external clients.* *Perform financial projections—including costs with proposed or estimated adjustment percentages and penalties—consolidating such data into financial comparisons.* *Redesign co-payment and eligibility rules, and conduct analyses involving contract harmonization and regionalization, as well as prepare accredited network and plan equivalency comparisons.* *Lead meetings and interactions with all stakeholders involved in the project (internal clients, external clients, and providers) to develop studies, proposing product and service alternatives that meet and/or exceed client expectations and needs.* *Engage with the insurance market to obtain proposals aligned with client requirements, negotiating technical and commercial terms while always seeking balance among the company, the client, and the insurer/health plan.* *Support management and junior and senior technical staff in reviewing materials and presentations, clarifying questions, and providing technical guidance across projects for small-, medium-, and large-sized clients.* *Maintain up-to-date controls and records (spreadsheets, systems, dashboards) for quotations, proposals, and negotiations, ensuring traceability, organization, and delivery quality within the placement area.* *Identify and propose process improvements in quotation, analysis, and negotiation routines, contributing to increased efficiency and standardization of departmental practices.* **What makes this opportunity different** *In this role, the professional will have the opportunity to lead quotation and negotiation processes with the insurance market, securing optimal technical, commercial, and operational conditions for benefit programs (health, dental, life, travel insurance, pharmaceuticals, and gym benefits), aligned with the strategy defined for each client.* **Skills and experience that will lead to success** *Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree.* *Prior experience as a Placement Analyst (or equivalent) at a brokerage, insurer, consulting firm, or health plan, with focus on individual benefits/insurance.* *Knowledge of health, dental, life, travel insurance, pharmaceutical, and gym benefit products.* *Data and proposal analysis skills (proactive in comparing scenarios, identifying inconsistencies, and proposing alternatives).* *Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the insurance market.* *Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel), analytical tools for creating tables, comparisons, and scenario modeling.* *Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple quotations simultaneously.* *Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal clients, end clients, and insurers.* **\#LI\-V1**
