If you are an **Agile, Innovative, Responsible professional who considers yourself a Role Model**, join our team! **Responsibilities and duties:** * Conduct technical training on specimen collection, processing, staining, and morphological reading in liquid-based cytology, including gynecological and non-gynecological samples; * Support the onboarding of new customers, ensuring correct use of products and methodologies from the start of operations; * Monitor and provide continuous support to active customers, ensuring standardization, quality, and technical excellence; * Prospect new laboratories and partners technically, identifying opportunities for implementing solutions; * Provide technical-scientific support, clarifying operational, methodological, and cytological interpretation questions; * Advise on collection and preparation of non-gynecological samples, ensuring suitability and quality for analysis; * Monitor quality and performance indicators, proposing improvements to laboratory processes; * Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and scientific advisory teams to contribute to growth strategies; * Participate in events, workshops, and educational initiatives to promote technical updates and strengthen customer relationships; * Ensure compliance with technical protocols, good laboratory practices, and proper use of products; * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and occupational safety guidelines per internal and regulatory standards; * Perform other related activities of equivalent complexity within your area of expertise, as requested. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Biomedicine, Biology, or Pharmacy, with postgraduate studies or specialization in Cytology or related fields. * Experience with gynecological liquid-based cytology; * Solid knowledge of cytology, laboratory equipment, ability to deliver technical training, and familiarity with good laboratory practices; * Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle and availability for travel. **Desirable:** * Experience with both gynecological and non-gynecological liquid-based cytology, laboratory analysis and routines, and experience in technical training or customer support.
