Today, we continue growing with a focus on people, quality, and absolute respect for every client—and we seek professionals who wish to evolve alongside our brand and leave their signature on every project. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * **Client Prospecting:** Identify potential clients, conduct market research, initiate contact, present the company’s products or services, understand prospective clients’ needs, qualify leads, develop strategies to generate interest and schedule meetings or demonstrations—ultimately converting prospects into actual customers and expanding the company’s consumer base. * **Product Promotion and Sales:** Support strategic product positioning by highlighting key features and announcing promotions to increase sales. * **Customer Service:** Provide courteous service, identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, answer questions, and maintain communication regarding store news and promotions. * **After-Sales Support:** Ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase, resolve possible issues, monitor warranty claims and returns, suggest complementary products, implement loyalty initiatives, and keep customers informed about new offerings and promotions. * **Project Development:** Design projects aligned with client requirements and the company’s technical guidelines. Your role involves understanding the client’s request, translating it into tailored solutions, clearly presenting proposals, and managing necessary adjustments until final approval—ensuring technical feasibility and commercial consistency. **What We Expect From You:** * **Empathy:** Ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes—to understand how you would like to be welcomed and served—enabling outstanding service. * **Persuasion:** Recognize the customer’s timing, listen attentively to uncover real needs, and contribute effectively to negotiation accuracy. * **Organization:** Keep your personal schedule and CRM updated with client information; maintain regular contact frequency with clients. * Strong written communication skills and responsiveness in customer interactions; * Commitment to goals and processes. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Architecture or Interior Design; * Proficiency in Promob and rendering software; * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field. **What We Offer for This Position:** * Fixed salary: R$ 2.000 to R$ 2.500 PJ; * Commission on sold projects; * Meals provided at the office; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance.
