Job Summary: A data professional responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting large volumes of data, developing dashboards, and automating workflows to support business decisions and advance analytical maturity. Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) workflows RESPONSIBILITIES * Collect, organize, structure, and interpret large volumes of data from multiple sources, ensuring integrity, standardization, and reliability; * Develop and maintain managerial dashboards and reports in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, IBM Cognos, or Databricks), with KPIs aligned to business unit needs; * Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) workflows using tools such as Python, SQL, and related technologies; * Monitor the performance of automated routines and reports, continuously adjusting to maintain efficiency and result accuracy; * Support planning meetings with a data focus, tracking BI platform performance and proposing continuous improvements; * Support various departments in translating business requirements into analytical solutions and in defining metrics and KPIs; * Promote advancement of analytical maturity and dissemination of sound data governance practices; * Collaborate with process and systems teams to structure data and automate workflows; * Maintain up-to-date documentation on data sources, data processing logic, and calculation rules. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Proficiency in SQL (mandatory): writing complex queries, data manipulation, and processing; * Proven experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for creating managerial dashboards (mandatory); * Practical knowledge of visualization tools (mandatory); * Experience in data modeling (conceptual and relational); * Practical knowledge of Python or another language for analysis and automation (desirable); * Understanding of data governance, quality, and integration concepts; * Ability to interpret business contexts and translate them into analytical hypotheses. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in analytical activities, including control development, indicator generation, process development, and dashboard construction **Benefits:** Meal Allowance: BRL 35.00/day, Food Allowance: BRL 85.00/month, Transportation Allowance: Based on usage, iFood Benefits (Colab): Discounts at Wellhub gyms, teleconsultations, pharmacies, and medical exams; Life Insurance; Dental and Health Plans effective after 90-day probationary period **About the Company:** Others
