Here, we build lasting careers and meaningful relationships. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Develop visual assets for promotional and institutional campaigns; * Adapt layouts for various formats and media; * Ensure visual standards align with brand identity; * Support marketing and internal communication initiatives; * Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications team. #### **Technical requirements:** Experience in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields; * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; * Experience creating online and offline materials (social media content, promotional campaigns, flyers, banners, point-of-sale materials, etc.); * Understanding of visual identity and branding; * Knowledge of file preparation for print; * Basic knowledge of image processing and editing; * Familiarity with basic motion graphics (After Effects or similar tools) is desirable. #### **Behavioral requirements:** Creativity and refined aesthetic sense; * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; * Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines; * Teamwork orientation; * Strong communication skills and openness to feedback; * Proactivity and accountability. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantages):** * Experience in retail, wholesale retail (atacarejo), or trade marketing; * Knowledge of social media and digital formats; * Up-to-date portfolio. #### **Benefits:** * Hapvida health plan: 50% covered by the company, private room for the primary insured; * Queiroz Birthday Kit. #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays: only when necessary; * Weekly workload: 44 hours per week.
