




Job Summary: Professional to manage both commercial and technical activities, ensuring accurate and client-aligned proposals with focus on client acquisition and relationship management. Fostering commercial relationships **Role/Activity Description:** * Prepare and manage commercial proposals; * Structure and track budgets from request through approval; * Evaluate architectural projects (technical reading, area measurement, macro-analysis, and local project history); * Centralize and organize technical and commercial information; * Conduct technical presentations and client meetings; * Request and monitor supplier quotations; * Perform follow-up on submitted proposals and negotiations; * Manage CRM, sales funnel, and Pipe Drive; * Supervise commercial team and oversee contractual discussions; * Provide customer service (phone, WhatsApp, and e-mail); * Acquire new customers and foster commercial relationships; * Participate in and promote strategic meetings; * Prepare managerial reports for performance tracking. **Prerequisites:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in technical sales, preferably in lighting solutions, civil construction, and high-end segments; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Experience managing customer portfolios; * Knowledge of CRM and Pipe Drive; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to seamlessly bridge technical and commercial domains with empathy, dynamism, and professional demeanor. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a technical salesperson in civil construction; * Experience preparing complex proposals and budgets; * Active professional network in the high-end segment. **Desired Qualities:** * Proactive, strategic individual with initiative and autonomy to manage both commercial and technical demands.
