Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities in residential and commercial condominiums, contributing to the preservation and proper functioning of facilities. Basic inspections and compliance with safety regulations We are hiring a **Building Maintenance Assistant** to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities in residential and commercial condominiums. We seek a committed, responsible, and eager-to-learn professional who contributes to preserving and ensuring the proper functioning of building facilities. Main Responsibilities: * Assist maintenance professionals with electrical, hydraulic, civil, and painting tasks; * Support installation, repair, and replacement of building equipment and components; * Transport tools, materials, and equipment required to perform services; * Perform minor repairs under guidance from the technical team; * Assist in cleaning and organizing work areas after service completion; * Conduct basic inspections of common areas in the condominium and report any irregularities; * Maintain tools, equipment, and materials used; * Comply with safety regulations and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Requirements: * Completed elementary education (high school diploma is preferred); * Experience in building maintenance, civil construction, or related fields is considered an advantage; * Availability to work as part of a team; Salary: R$1\.738,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
