Nita Alimentos, a company experiencing continuous growth, is seeking professionals with experience as a **Logistics Analyst** to meet service demands through negotiation, procurement, order analysis, and evaluation of terms and delivery conditions—aiming for optimal cost and quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead transportation bidding (tender) processes, ensuring selection of the best freight options based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines. * Contract independent carriers, ensuring compliance with the company’s legal and operational requirements. * Manage freight contracts, negotiating terms and monitoring service provider performance. * Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators, proposing continuous improvements to transportation processes. * Utilize advanced Excel tools for data analysis, report generation, and decision-making support. * Collaborate closely with other company departments—including Production, Procurement, and Sales—to align logistical needs with internal demands. * Prior experience in the food industry is preferred; experience with commodities is a plus. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, with focus on freight contracting. * Proven experience leading transportation tenders (BIDs). * Proficiency in contracting and managing independent carriers. * Advanced Excel skills, including dashboard creation, pivot tables, and complex function usage. * Prior experience preferably in the food industry and commodities. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a results-oriented mindset. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance (Unimed); * Dental Insurance; * Gympass; * SESI Club; * Life Insurance; * Fique Bem \- Psychological, Legal, and Financial Support; * Meal Allowance; * On-site Meals; * Transportation Allowance; * Massage Therapy (once per week); * Development Program; * Profit Sharing Plan (PPR).
