Organization and maintenance of the environment * Direct customer service at the counter and tables; * Taking and recording orders; * Serving orders at tables courteously and efficiently; * Assembling and finalizing products according to store standards; * Preparing beverages; * Organizing and restocking items at the counter and service area; * Assembling delivery orders, packaging, and dispatching; * Customer service via WhatsApp and phone (answering questions, recording orders, and relaying information); * Monitoring delivery order flow and ensuring correct and timely dispatch; * Assisting with cleaning and maintenance of the space to ensure a welcoming environment; * Supporting the team with other daily tasks.
