Currently, we have over 800 stores across Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Argentina, and we continue expanding! If you enjoy working with people, organization, clearly defined goals, and customer service, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the store team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment; * Monitor and ensure achievement of commercial and operational goals; * Track store performance, analyze key performance indicators, and propose improvements; * Conduct store opening and closing procedures, maintaining organization and service standards; * Control inventory, equipment, materials, and supplies inflow and outflow; * Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development; * Ensure compliance with equipment rental, maintenance, and logistics processes; * Serve customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in team management and leadership, with ability to motivate, develop, and engage people. * Strong commercial profile and ability to build and maintain business partnerships. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers and partners. * Experience executing administrative and operational processes, preferably in retail or service industries. * Ability to conduct recruitment and hiring processes. * Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple demands.
