The Senior Content Creation Analyst will be a key player in building and managing our digital presence, helping Incentivar become a reference brand in the corporate incentives segment—both for buyers and for those who work with us. Concurrently, this role will also manage internal client social media networks for Incentivar. We value individuals who take ownership of their work, think collaboratively with the team, and aren’t afraid to test new ideas. **Responsibilities and Duties** Produce and adapt content (texts, scripts, captions, stories, and videos) for various formats and platforms; Manage and grow Incentivar’s social media communities (Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels), focusing on qualified engagement; Manage and grow internal client communities across social media; Create and execute editorial calendars aligned with brand positioning and marketing campaigns; Monitor brand mentions, comments, and conversations, responding promptly and consistently in tone; Track performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights to optimize content strategy; Identify behavioral trends and positioning opportunities in the incentives and HR markets; Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the brand voice reflects the customer’s real experience; Support events, trade shows, and offline marketing initiatives with real-time content. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: Proven experience as a Senior Content Creation Analyst or Social Media Specialist (minimum 3 years); Exceptional command of written Portuguese—clarity, tone, and consistency are non-negotiable; Solid knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn (algorithms, formats, best practices); Ability to analyze metrics and generate reports with meaningful insights (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics); Experience developing briefs and interfacing with creative teams.
