Job Summary: Professional responsible for inspecting, organizing, and handling cargo, ensuring integrity and documentation, as well as guiding transportation teams. Key Highlights: 1. Guidance to transportation assistants and aides in transportation activities. **APPLICATION** * Application must be submitted by the announced deadline, provided the employee meets the position requirements. * After application, a review of the employee’s internal company history will be conducted, verifying the following items: * Disciplinary actions: Warnings; suspensions; and record of unjustified absences — the employee must have none within the 4 months prior to the opening of the internal recruitment process. * OBS: In cases of suspension due to breathalyzer testing, the period extends to 6 months. * Tenure/Position/Merit: The employee must have at least 4 months of service with the company in their current position or have received a merit-based salary increase, unless otherwise specified as an organizational strategy. * For positions requiring a driver’s license (CNH), the candidate must hold the category required for the respective position, and the driver’s license point record must not exceed 25 points nor include a severe penalty for overtaking on a continuous lane or breathalyzer-related violations. * Human Resources and Compensation & Benefits must analyze the internal candidate’s current remuneration structure, as the candidate is ineligible for the process if their current salary exceeds the position’s salary. **OBS 03\.** Employees approved in the historical review who are on vacation during the selection process remain eligible for the position. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect cargo during vehicle loading and/or unloading, grouping by DANFE, CTE, labels, manually and/or via data collector entries, in compliance with the POP \- Standard Operating Procedure; * Verify volume quantity and cargo integrity from receipt through shipment; * Cross-check documentation (transport documents and invoices) against cargo identification labels; * Assess, identify, and label goods; * Ensure proper vehicle loading and authorize issuance of the transport manifest; * Receive reports of incidents from the previous day, including absences or missing documents and goods; investigate causes and seek guidance for appropriate corrective actions; * Locate goods and assess condition of cargo arriving from other locations that do not conform to established packaging standards; * Guide Transportation Assistants and Aides in cargo loading, unloading, and vehicle stowage activities; * Assume responsibility for validating and releasing the vehicle upon completion of loading; * Ensure cargo connections align with planning; * Adhere to scheduled vehicle dispatch times; * Scan cargo using the data collector during vehicle loading and/or unloading; * Handle cargo movement and stowage during loading and unloading; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness; * Perform other duties related to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Computer literacy; * Proficiency in Excel; **Schedule:** * Third shift \- 10:00 PM to 7:11 AM (Monday to Friday). **Additional Information** * xxxxxxxxxx * xxxxxxxxxxx * xxxxxxxxxxxxxx * xxxxxxxx Here, we create paths toward achieving our dreams.
